Blake High school’s Marching yellow jackets and S.T.I.N.G team are not what you would expect for a typical high school halftime show. They are upbeat and energetic performers that are serious about what they do. 

    When the team performs you can’t help but want to get out of your seat and bounce along too. The vibration of the drums and the humming of the horns will make you want to cheer and shout for more, and I’m sure other students can agree with me.           

       So I asked students from Blake, “What did you think about the sting team the first time you saw them?” Freshman student Sade answered “They were so good”. Another question I asked was “Do you think they are hard working? Also,  “would you see them again?” she replied “Yeah” and “Yes I would”.
