Living on Earth in 1995, she keeps having recurring memories of another life as U.S. Air Force pilot Carol Danvers. I personally thought the movie was female empowering and really funny. I loved how they portrayed Captain Marvel’s character as a strong woman. I also loved the fact that an animal played an important role in the movie. I wasn’t expecting a cat named Goose to be so amazingly funny. The fact that there was so much background story in a two hour movie was amazing. At first I went in thinking the movie was going to be very boring based on the trailers I had seen and I honestly didn’t want to get involved with the film. I’m so glad I decided to watch the film. It was so inspiring and I really enjoyed it. It had so many plot twists and I never wanted to leave the theater. The movie is rated PG-13, so there is lots of action and some mild language. The movie may not be suitable for younger viewers, but I totally recommend  seeing this film. 8 out of 10
